What is Train to Slay?

#Train2Slay is a Full Body Workout ,focusing on sculpting the body in the “right” places, with the aim to help you feel more confident and ultimately train to slay!

The movement is focused on bridging the gap between working out and looking your best. Fitness is not only about aesthetics, but who doesn’t like to look good and who doesn’t feel good when they look good?

What is Twerking Heels?

A supportive boss babe dance fitness experience for complete beginners where it's not about what you can do but more about WHO you are. Having taught over 500 fearless females around the world through her empowering Twerk Fitness classes @bambam_boogie is bringing her new concept to London first!

What Should I bring?

  • A change of clothes

  • A pair of Trainers

  • Comfy Heels (optional)

  • Bottle of Water

  • Good Vibes

Do I need to wear heels?

No heels are completely optional so wear whatever makes you feel ready to slayy.

Is there Free Parking?

Yes, right outside the venue and the nearest tube station is Leyton (2- minute walk)

What age do you have to be to attend?

18+
