This course is not only about learning how to twerk, but also about boosting your body confidence and having fun in the process. We aim to create a real, supportive community where everyone can feel confident and empowered. πͺπ
Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll learn foundational twerk moves, with three different moves each week and variations of those moves. The course is structured as follows:
π₯ Week 1 - Introduction to Twerk Techniques: Standing Twerk Moves
Booty pop, Wining, Booty heel pops and dips. These moves will help loosen the pelvis and hips, laying the foundations for Week 2.
π₯ Week 2 - Your Twerk Essentials: OG twerk, Booty Roll, Heel twerk.
π₯ Week 3 - Twerk Techniques to Engage the Hips: Tick Tock, Puppy Tail, Dolphin wine.
π₯ Week 4 - Fast Twerk Techniques: Booty bounce, In and Out Twerk, F* it up.
