Course Structure

Over the 4 week course, you’ll learn foundation twerk moves.

We’ll focus on 3 moves each week and some variations of the moves.

Week 1 - Intro to twerk techniques - Standing twerk moves

Booty heel pops and dips

These moves will help loosen the pelvis and hips. The best foundations to get you ready for week 2.

Week 2 - Your Twerk Essentials

Who is the Instructor?

Certified Twerk After Work™ Instructor Nana (her/she) a wife, mama to a king and queen, samba performer and body confidence advocate. Who will leave you feeling like you are ready to achieve anything! She's all about progress over perfection and will have you smiling all throughout this course.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in but we recommend a loose material shorts or legging in order to help you release all that jiggle!

Can I drop in and just join any session?

YES of course if you wanna keep it flexible, we got you but highly recommend you signing up for the full 4-weeks if you want the full experience.

Do I need any former twerk experience?

No queen. In fact we don't want you to have any, come as you are and we will do the rest!

Are kneepads required?

No but they are highly recommend in order to help protect your knees for particular twerk techniques we will be working on
