Who is the Instructor?

Certified Twerk After Work™ Instructor Camila (her/she) a wife, mama to a king and queen, samba performer and body confidence advocate. Who will leave you feeling like you are ready to achieve anything! She's all about progress over perfection and will have you smiling all throughout this course.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in but we recommend a loose material shorts or legging in order to help you release all that jiggle!
